ADDITIONAL COSTS

Excluding tourist tax of €2.80 (from 1.Nov. 2024 €4.80) per day/person from the age of 15.

The cleaning fee is from €65.00.

 


INFORMATION

PAYMENT

Payment is only possible in cash.

ARRIVAL

On your arrival, our apartments are ready for occupancy from 2:00 PM.

DEPARTURE

We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 AM on the day of departure.

RESERVATION/BOOKING

You can make bookings by mail or email. For confirmed bookings, we kindly expect a deposit of €100.00 per apartment.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation up to 1 month before the agreed arrival date incurs a fee of 40% of the apartment price. For cancellations later than 30 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 70%, 7 days before the agreed arrival date, for late arrival or early departure, for any reason, we invoice the booked service.
